Attendees were treated to a memorable afternoon, starting with an inspirational life story from keynote speaker Kristina Karlsson, the Founder of globally loved fashion stationery brand kikki.K – which she started from scratch and grew into a unique and innovative retail business. Loved by people in over 160 countries around the world – and turning over more than $650m in the time she owned it.

Kristina’s keynote resonated deeply with the audience, describing how she built her business empire over 20 years but after a tumultuous experience thru the Covid pandemic – was forced with closure of retail stores and losing control of kikki.K in heart-breaking circumstances.

Kristina had the room feeling her loss as she shared intimate details, then brought us along with her new success after starting over with a smile and writing a book that has now sold over 100,000 copies.

Adding to the vibrant atmosphere, Leo from Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat took the entire room through a stunning flamenco dance performance and class that had everyone moving and laughing. was presented by, bringing passion and energy to the event.

The event also had a philanthropic focus, successfully raising over $10,000 for RADFLY.org to support local Gold Coast youth. This was made possible thanks to the generous support of the Women of Influence sponsors, the volunteer committee and the community. The funds raised will go a long way in supporting programs that empower young people over the months leading to Christmas.
