Fleur Madden is a career entrepreneur with 20 years of experience running her own businesses. She is a CEO, Founder, and Board Member, an award-winning businesswoman, a recognized industry expert, and a speaker who was recently recognized as being in the Top 25 Business Women in QLD.
Fleur’s latest venture is Freelancing Gems which helps women redefine their 9 to 5 by connecting them to their next meaningful part-time, freelance, contract roles. She is also the CEO and Founder of The Ginsburg Firm, which coaches Female Founders to scale or sell their business.
Fleur is a BIG believer that when women thrive, our communities thrive, and on International Women’s Days 2024, she will use her skills and knowledge to explore what investing in girls and women looks like and how we can be part of the solution.
Fleur will be digging deep into the state of gender equality in Australia and how, when women are given equal opportunities to learn, lead, and earn, we can move the dial together.
You might have seen Fleur over the years in articles in The Collective, Marie Claire, Latte, Today Extra, Studio Ten and The Urban List. She has spoken at conferences around the world in Hong Kong, LA, NYC, Atlanta, South Africa and also in Australia.
Fleur is a mum to Josiah and Theodore and wife to Jimmy, she lived in NYC in her early 30’s, loves Pina Coladas and has a Camilla fetish. Her favourite saying driving her in business is “ Don’t Play Small.”
