Jodi Robertson is the perfect example of a Women of Influence living by our values of integrity, nurturing, connecting, and empowering.

Don’t be misguided by her always happy, bubbly personality in a small package, this gorgeous little ray of light is a force.  Jodi is multilingual, has worked around the world, and is a talented motivational speaker and has built her own networking empire.

At the 22 November event, Jodi will share with you the skills she has learned throughout her career and the characteristics she believes are important as a great leader and influencer.

“It doesn’t matter what profession you are in, everyone needs to feel valued, nurtured and empowered.” Says Jodi. “Acting with honesty, integrity and being able really to listen are what makes the difference.”

 

Jodi Robertson is a businesswoman, Mum, wife, she speaks 4 languages, has been a Women of Influence committee member for 7 years and is now our Vice President.

Jodi’s background is teaching English as a second language, which she has been doing for 30 years, she is an English examiner for IELTS (International English Language Testing system – based on Cambridge University language aptitude test) and private coach who is passionate about tutoring and helping foreigners master English as their second language.

In her youth Jodi travelled the World – she spent time in Japan when she was awarded a scholarship by the Japanese Government.  She completed her final year of her degree – Bachelor of Arts with Honours – in Japanese.  Jodi also lived in Chilli where she worked for the Chilean Navy as an English teacher.

She has many colourful stories of the time she spent in the hospitality industry as the Japanese Business Development Manager for Marriott, drinking her way around Japan (as is the custom).

Jodi married a German who was raised in Belgium and their son, Sammy was born in Belgium.

Currently, Jodi is Executive Regional VP for Arbonne, she has been running this extremely successful business for 10 years now and is also a well-known motivational speaker at their regular events.  She is a big fan of John C Maxwell, author and coach on the topic of leadership and she recently conducted training at the National Arbonne Conference using his teachings as inspiration.
