Women of Influence High Tea & Business Bubbles is the annual event we look forward to when professionals gather on the Gold Coast to CONNECT, LEARN & GROW. The afternoon high tea is a departure from the usual early morning affairs, and in the first week of November it marks the beginning of the festive season.
This event celebrates an important local organisation who is leading the way in urgent wildlife research and conservation and securing the future of Australian native wildlife.
Currumbin Wildlife Hospital first opened in 1989, to provide urgent care to Australian native wildlife. Today, it’s grown to be one of the busiest wildlife hospitals in the world, treating, rehabilitating, and releasing sick, injured, and orphaned native wildlife every day. This service is provided free of charge to the community. Behind its beating heart is an impressive and dedicated team who will be sharing their stories with us on Friday 5 November at RACV Royal Pines Resort.
Led by the articulate and infectious koala lover, TV presenter Candice Dixon, who will provide us an insight into this amazing organisation and how it’s leading the way in conservation and the protection of Australia’s most iconic native animals, the Koala.
