We look forward to welcoming you shortly.

Where: The Ballroom, RACV Royal Pines Resort, Ross Street, Benowa

Registration opens at 6:30am and all guests must be seated by 7:00 am. The event starts at 7:00 am sharp, so please make sure that you are on time.

Please be reminded that due to COVID-19 restrictions we will be registering all attendees on arrival.

Please be patient – all guests are required to provide their phone number for registration and recording for the COVID event registry.  There will be Women of Influence Committee and RACV team members with lists to ensure this happens smoothly and efficiently.

Attendees are advised to stay home if they are unwell or showing any respiratory or COVID-19 symptoms. If you are showing respiratory or COVID-19 symptoms you will be refused entry. In addition, staff and attendees will be refused entry if they have recently visited a COVID-19 hotspot with in the last 14 days prior to the event. 

NO CASH

Due to COVID restrictions we will not be accepting cash for raffle tickets or event tickets.  There will be two EFTPOS machines so please be patient and do not be discouraged – we have fabulous raffle prizes to win and are hoping to raise funds for our charity partners RADFLY so your generosity is appreciated.

COFFEE & TEA

You will be offered coffee and tea as soon as you are seated,  due to COVID restrictions we won’t be offering coffee and tea at registration.

Please ensure you go directly to registration where you will provide your phone number, receive your name tag and table number and have an opportunity to purchase raffle tickets (via EFTPOS)and enter the business card draw.

You will also be able to purchase raffle tickets inside the room at certain times during the morning.

Please note – Women of Influence is a Not for Profit and volunteer organisation, our team give their time to provide a great experience for you and to raise funds for RADFLY. Please treat our team and the RACV team with respect.

Parking

There will be RACV team members as you enter to help with directing you to park and then to the ballroom.
